Terms and Conditions – Electric Flames
Definitions
- “We” or “Us” refers to Electric Flames, part of My Living Ltd, registered at: 1st Floor, 117 Hall Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD4 7DF, UK.
- “You” refers to the customer purchasing goods from us.
1. The Contract Between Us
- Full payment must be received before processing your order.
- Once accepted, a legally binding contract is formed.
2. Price
- Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
- Delivery charges apply for non-mainland UK locations.
3. Description of Goods
- Product specifications may change for legal compliance or improvements without affecting quality.
- Product images on the website may differ slightly from actual goods.
- Our goods are designed for UK use only. Contact us if purchasing for use outside the UK.
4. Your Right to Cancel
- Customized goods cannot be cancelled or returned.
- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Cancellations must be in writing via email or letter.
- If dispatched, goods must be returned in original packaging within 14 days.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after goods are returned in original condition.
- Return delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
5. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order if:
- Stock is unavailable.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- There are pricing errors.
6. Delivery of Goods
- We only deliver within the UK mainland unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Ownership transfers upon delivery; responsibility for goods is yours.
- Inspect goods upon delivery; report damages within 48 hours.
- A signature is required at delivery.
- A £40 redelivery fee applies if you are unavailable on the agreed date.
- Pallet deliveries will be made to the nearest accessible point.
7. Liability
- Report incorrect, damaged, or defective goods in writing within 7 days.
- Do not install incorrect or damaged items; this voids your right to claim.
- Notify us if your order is not received within 60 days.
- We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
- Refunds for defective goods will be processed within 30 days.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

12. Third-Party Rights
Only you and Electric Flames have rights under this agreement.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English law.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information, and Returns Policy, form the entire agreement.
