🚚 Free Mainland UK Delivery
At Electric-Flames, we are proud to offer FREE delivery to all mainland UK postcodes. Unlike many retailers that charge extra for large items, our deliveries within mainland UK remain completely free.
🌍 Delivery to Offshore Locations
Due to higher shipping costs, deliveries to the following locations incur additional charges:
1 – Northern Ireland
2 – The Channel Islands
3 – The Isle of Man
4 – The Isle of Wight
5 – Other offshore islands
📌 If your location falls within these areas, we will contact you with a delivery charge update. Our website is being updated to display these charges at checkout soon.
🔹 Shipping Agents: We can deliver free of charge to UK mainland shipping agents that specialize in offshore deliveries. If you plan to use one, please arrange this before placing your order and include their details (name, delivery address, and reference number) in your delivery information. We can recommend agents but are not responsible for their services or pricing.
📦 Delivery Process
We aim to deliver all orders on the estimated delivery date provided. However, unforeseen delays such as nationwide driver shortages or courier delays may occur. If any delays arise, we will keep you informed.
🛠 Important Notice: Do not book an electrician until you have received your goods, as unexpected delays may occur.
Parcel Delivery

✔ Delivered via parcel couriers (e.g., DPD, UPS, TNT)
✔ Order confirmation & tracking details provided
✔ SMS updates with estimated delivery time
✔ Inspect goods on arrival & report damages within 48 hours
✔ Cancellations after dispatch will be treated as a return & subject to our returns policy
Pallet Delivery
✔ FREE one-man pallet delivery to UK mainland postcodes
✔ Low-cost pallet delivery to offshore locations
✔ Delivered via national pallet delivery services
✔ Pallet deliveries require safe access (gravel, slopes, or steps may limit delivery to the nearest accessible point)
✔ Signature required upon delivery – inspect thoroughly before signing
✔ Missed delivery? A £40 redelivery fee applies
✔ Cancellations after dispatch will be treated as a return & subject to our returns policy
⚠ Pallet Network Delivery Issues
Due to ongoing UK-wide driver shortages, pallet deliveries may occasionally be delayed. While parcel deliveries remain largely unaffected, logistics issues beyond our control can impact pallet shipments.
