Yes. During checkout, you’ll be asked for your home address and will also have the option to provide an alternative delivery address.
Please note: If you request a change after the order has been dispatched, it may delay delivery. Contact us as soon as possible to see if a redirection is possible.
Our deliveries are currently scheduled from Monday to Friday only. We offer free delivery to postcodes across mainland UK. Weekend and evening deliveries are not available at this time.
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or is broken upon opening, please report it within 24 hours and include photos if possible.
We will arrange a replacement product or part where applicable. Once the item is in stock, we will notify you and schedule delivery, which may take up to 5 days. You will receive a text message or phone call from the local depot with your delivery date.
Yes, most of our products include detailed installation instructions. If you did not receive them or they were lost, please contact us using our online contact form. We will email you a replacement copy if available.
