Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).   Drop Shipping We are an online-only luxury electric fires and lighting boutique, and do not operate a physical warehouse. As a result, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers straight to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. As we rely on the live inventory held by our manufacturing partners, some items listed on our site may not be immediately available. Please contact us via phone or our online contact form with any stock availability queries, and we'll liaise directly with the relevant manufacturer on your behalf before you place your order. Standard Delivery:  Smaller items are sent via standard courier services such as DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail. Orders typically take 2–3 working days to process, and in-stock items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of despatch (depending on origin and destination). If there is any delay, you will be notified by email. Please note that a signature is not required for standard deliveries, so we recommend making arrangements to bring parcels inside promptly after delivery if you are unable to receive them in person.

Product Composition

Our electric fires are constructed using a combination of premium

materials, including tempered glass panels, powder-coated steel

frameworks, and high- grade ABS plastics, chosen for their durability,

heat resistance, and aesthetic finish. Flame effect technology

utilises energy-efficient LED systems, carefully engineered to

replicate the warmth and movement of a real fire without

the need for a flue, gas supply, or chimney.

Our lighting collections feature fixtures crafted from materials such as

brushed brass, satin nickel, hand-blown glass, and solid cast iron,

sourced from some of Europe's most respected manufacturers.

Each piece is selected not only for its visual appeal but for the

quality of its electrical components and long-term reliability.

Care & Maintenance Keeping your electric fire or light fitting

looking its best requires only simple, regular care. Before

cleaning any product, always ensure it is switched off and fully

abrasive materials, solvents, or harsh chemical cleaners,

as these can damage finishes and surfaces. For glass panels on

electric fires, a streak-free glass cleaner applied with a lint-free

cloth will maintain clarity and brilliance. Avoid spraying liquids

directly onto the unit, always apply to the cloth first.

For lighting fixtures, dust shades and frames gently and regularly

to prevent build-up. Bulb replacements should always be carried

out by a qualified electrician where hardwired fittings are involved,

and only compatible replacement bulbs as specified in your product

documentation should be used.

A Note on Safety:

All Electric Flames products meet UK and EU safety standards and

carry the relevant certifications. We recommend having any

hardwired electrical installations carried out by a Part P-certified electrician.
