We ordered a Dimplex electric fire from Flames but when it was delivered and unpacked we found the casing was damaged, after two days the flame effect stopped working. We contacted Flames who quickly rectified the problem to our satisfaction. This experience wouldn’t deter us from buying from Flames in the future as this was a manufacturing problem and the service we received was excellent – especially from Jake.
